Everything about my visit was great. Dr. Victoria Jones and the rest of the staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The appointment couldn’t have gone any better. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

I've been a patient of Dr Murrell Sr for forty years. The practice has consistently provided excellent care throughout the years. I'm extremely happy that Dr Jones has joined the office, as I feel she'll continue the level of care that I have grown to appreciate. The support staff of hygienists and office are superb, many and been with them for years.

IF YOU DONT LIKE NEEDLES,ARE YOUNG, OR LIKE THINGS BEING EXPLAINED BEFOREHAND DONT GO HERE. If I could put zero stars I would. My first experience was great with the hygienist she was super nice and explained everything. Unfortunately I can’t come back here every again. I was scheduled for a standard filling but over a month out from my cleaning that’s the first point. Then I realize that they never disclosed any info about how they do standard procedures and this was a new dentist for me so I call around 20 min before my appointment to ask if they use needles for the anesthesia. This is common to be used but typically there are alternatives the person on the phone was absolutely terrible rude and had compassion or empathy for me as I explained to her that I don’t do well with needles in my mouth and this is the first I hear about this for a simple procedure. She was stale and monotone about how that’s the only option and to go somewhere else for what I’m looking for. Then I try to proceed to cancel and she states that there is a cancellation fee with attitude saying that it’s 20 min away from the appointment. I absolutely don’t understand this, consequently, I feel pressured to g

Kudos to the amazing team at Dr. Jones and Dr. Murrell's office! The staff truly make every visit a breeze. Huge thanks to my hygienist for the stellar cleaning of my teeth. I have never felt better! If you’re looking for a dental team that actually makes you smile, this is the one.

I will never not sing the praise of Dr. Victoria Jones. I have been under her care for a good few years now. She is by far the most compassionate dentist I have ever had, on top of being extremely good at what she does. I periodically struggle with my mental health, which results in periods of poor dental hygiene. Unlike previous dentists I have had, Dr. Jones has been kind and understanding, listening to me without judgement and is patient with all of my questions. I always know I'm in good hands with her. AND not to mention the other staff are all lovely. My hygienist (I was not certain I had gotten her name, I believe it may have been Dani? something like that) she was kind, gentle with my sensitive teeth, and overall made my cleaning a very easy stress-free process. Front desk is very friendly and responds to phone calls in a timely manner. Very refreshing. All in all, I HEAVILY recommend this practice.
